Dylin Hobbs secured an early start to his career, beginning a carpentry apprenticeship at 15, and honing his craft through high school and undergraduate before joining the custom home building community in Stone Harbor and Avalon in 2017. While refining his distinct vision for exceptional home building as an Assistant Project Manager, Dylin continued his academic pursuit without pause. He went on to graduate from Drexel University, Summa Cum Laude, with a master’s in Construction Management and 10 years construction experience by 2018. Dylin has planted deep roots in the South Jersey community, growing up in Egg Harbor Township and then attending high school, completing his undergraduate, and building a home in Galloway Township. After 8 seasons as an in-demand Project Manager, crafting many of the finest custom homes of the Shore, Dylin joined the Achristavest family in 2025 as Managing Director, bringing with him a dedication to the science of construction, a passion for the art of home building, and a commitment to teamwork with his colleagues, clients and community.
